Your search results will be returned in alphabetical order, by title, in blue.
Click on the blue title to find out who has the book and if it is available for you.
This page will show you:
*the library that owns it
*the call letters or numbers used to find the book on the shelf
*if the book is on the shelf or checked out in green
You can click on the "Set Limits" button at the top of the page to narrow the search further. This page will allow you to limit the search to just easy's, juvenile fiction and juvenile non-fiction. Some tips: 1. The E stands for Easy. These books are picture books, story books and books for beginner readers and are shelved alphabetically by the authors' last names. 2. The J stands for Juvenile, and the book will be located on a shelf in the juvenile fiction or non-fiction sections. 3. YA stands for Young Adult and the book will be located in the Young Adult area. 4. PBK stands for Paperback and will be shelved with paperbacks. 5. LP stands for Large Print and these books are often shelved together in their designated section. 6. The numbers indicate the book is a non-fiction book. We use the Dewey Decimal System to shelve our non-fiction books. 7. Non-fiction is books with factual content. Fiction is novels and stories that are not based upon truth. 8. You can visit the Reference desk to request another library's book be sent to your library for you to pick up. 9. You can visit the customer service desk to have a book placed on hold for you. Your library will call you when it is returned and it is your turn to check it out.
